Lillie Doss - 83 y.o runner
I read a blurb on her in Runner's World magazine. I was intrigued and googled her.
She began running at age 64, and lost 75 lbs. She is also a breast cancer survivor. At age 83 she won her age group in a 10K in April....
Just wanted to share. If you ever feel like you can't do it, there are so many stories about people who did!!!

I read that too. I LOVE that she was 'older' when she started. Reminds me that when I lose my running momentum, it's okay to start back up. One is never too old to start back up.
