Would you re-apply?
I'm getting ready to send out my first wave of resumes for the 2009-2010 school year. There were two private schools that I was going to re-apply to where I had interviews. One school actually called me back and said they went with someone with more experience but they did like me. Would you re-apply to schools that you already interviewed at?

i would absolutely re-apply! you might better meet their needs this year, or like you said, maybe they really did like you, but went with someone else for another reason that has nothing to do with you not being a good candidate. applying again shows tenacity and high interest in their school.

Can't hurt. If they liked you, they might pass your resume on to someone that has a vacancy.
