It took a while but...
I ran an mile in 11 mins... for me thats good, few months ago it took me 13 min...
PS: never ran in my life till now.. at 36. Its never too late to try to get fit.
My goal is to run a mile in 10 min...

congrats, that's awesome! When I started running 5 weeks ago I was at a 13 min mile with the goal of a 10 min by the LI marathon. When I run outside, I can do it in 10 min!
