Beyond Frustrated. CAn someone pleasse help!!
I am an avid gym goer and i am at my wits end. Since my miscarriage in Oct i cant seem to shake this extra weight. My whole middle/hips area looks SOOOO unfamiliar to me. I dont recognize the body in the mirror. I have thrown away more pants and jeans that i care to remember bc they just DO NOT FIT!!!!!! I cant for the life of me nderstand why i am gaining FAT in this area. I have this awful spare tire that i have NEVER had before.
I am so depressed. I workout alot and try to make it to the gym 4x a week. I think that should be good enough to at least not have weight going ON!! I am just so frustrated. Can anyone offer any advice?

It sounds like you are doing all of the right things in the gym...but how is your diet? Or perhaps you have to switch up your workouts. Do you do HIIT? Or if you DO do it, then maybe try for lighter cardio and heavier weights. Sometimes your body just gets so used to doing the same thing that you stop seeing results.

Bumping this is me too, m/c and all :( I cannot lose the weight! I am working with a trainer 3x a week, run 30-40 miles a week, using various inclines, speeds, HIIT and a 1500 calorie a day diet and NOTHING. So if anyone else has any other tips/adivce anything, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!!

It can take quite sometime for your body to get back to it's regular hormonal state after your miscarriage, so try not to be so hard on yourself.
As the other poster said, how is your diet? What may have worked for you in the past may not now. Have you every thought about seeing a nutritionist? I have a great one, let me know if you'd like his name (I saw him 7 years ago, and only needed the one meeting.)
