How to increase LP?
I noticed since charting that my LP is 8-9 days. I haven't been to a doctor yet, but I read you need to have an LP of at least 10 days in order to have implantation. What do they prescribe or tell you to do to increase your LP or help implantation? TIA!

I also read vitamin B6 you should FM redstar also do a search on google natural ways to increase luteal phase or something like that

I've been taking Super B Complex (has B6 in it ) and it increased my LP by one day after one month!
I'm approaching the end of my second month now, let's hope my LP doesn't end

B complex is great...
Some women even take vitex which is something that assists in ovulation but they take the vitex during the luteal phase. It's interesting how natural supplements work.
Most REs will prescribe clomid for short LPs.

I would speak to your Dr about progesterone supplements , that is a short LP..
Also like someone mentioned there are a few natural herbal supplements that can help.
And also acupuncture is proven to help lengthen LP's....

Acupuncture too? That's interesting. I was going to start trying acupuncture treatments for my migraines because I can't take my current medication while PG.

There are acupuncturists who specialize in fertility. There are specific protocols they use to help balance the hormones and allow blood to flow. One of the questions a fertility acupuncturist will ask, is, do you have frequent migraines.
