Does this sound like a scam?

Does this sound like a scam, I applied for a job and got this in my email this morning:

Its a scam..This is what I just found:

"2009 Job Scam Alert

So let me guess... You're looking for a job right now, and you got an email from a company that had a job listing on Craigslist, right? I'm also willing to bet they said you made the first cut and now they want you to upload your resume before you can get scheduled for the interview or something like that, right?
