Re: Vacations w/o DH?

Every all girl trip I've ever gone on has ended in disaster. Unless its for a weekend or less, I'm only going away w/DH.
I have to admit - even though I love visiting family in Italy - I usually cry at least once a day, its pathetic.
Its, hands down, the best way to lose friends.

You should only go away with someone who you can tell to shut the fluck up and they will have sex with you later that evening. . . my family doesnt really fall into that category but i still go and torture myself. . .

By far - the funniest thing I have heard in a while.

Re: Vacations w/o DH?
I love going away with DH but would be unopposed to a girls weekend. I'm not sure I would want to go for more than that. DH has gone for bachelor parties and I would def go for friends Bachelorette parties as well.

Absence makes the heart <3 grow fonder - you are secure enough in your relationships to spend time apart - good for you !
I think this is presumptous, because a person prefers to enjoy vacation with their spouse does not equate to them being insecure in their relationship.
yea - i dont think this is what any of us mean lol. dh can go away any time he wants - i enjoy my "me-time" at home! i'm just saying that when i MYSELF go on a vacation, all i think about is getting home or how i'd really enjoy the vacay w/dh sharing it with me.

Re: Vacations w/o DH?
If I had the vacation time and money to spare, I would. But right now I only get 2 weeks. So from a time perspective and a financial perspective I wouldn't go without him.

I wouldn't. The most I would do is for a Bachelorette party or an OOT Shower.

Re: Vacations w/o DH?
I'd do it. I just went to Italy last month with my dad and sister, but that was for family. I'm definitely up for planning a vacation to the Bahamas or something with some friends!
