I read that they changed the ending  Not sure how I feel about that.
ETA: Ok I just saw the preview and it made me tear up.....I am going to be a mess seeing that movie!

They did change the ending. I went to see Jodi Picoult's book reading/signing a few months ago and she mentioned that they changed it.

they changed the ending when they made a movie based on The Pact. I was pretty upset about it, I'm surprised Jodi Piccoult would allow them to change it so much? I have no idea how much they changed it for My Sister's Keeper but I'm curious
