another loss...Updated
Well i went to the doc today for a follow up sono (had one last monday and the baby had grown but they couldn't find a HB)
well today still no HB and no growth at all.
The doc told me to wait a few days (if i want) to see if i will MC on my own but I haven't had any MC symptoms at all (no spotting, no cramping).
I think i'm going to schedule the D&C so that i will have an end in mind and so that i will be able to move on.
This is my 2nd loss since January and i could really just use some  right now.

UPDATE:
Well the D&C is scheduled for Monday 6/1. I still haven't had any signs of MC yet so this seems to be the best option for us.
DH & I have decided not to see an RE just yet and try at least 1 more time before taking any new steps. Getting pregnant doesn't seem to be the problem so my doc doesn't think it's necessary, just bad luck. She thinks it could possibly have been too soon after the first D&C in March so we will wait 1-2 cycles before ttc again.
Thank you to everyone for the thoughts, wishes and all! I really appreciate it!
We are doing our best to stay positive and we know that it WILL happen!!!

I'm so sorry that you have to go through this again. I have also had 2 losses so I understand what you are feeling. I wish there were something I could say to make it better but there is just no right thing to say.

I'm so sorry for you loss.
We also lost the heartbeat at 8 weeks. I chose to miscarry on my own, and it happened 2 weeks afterwards.

thank you for all of your support! it really does help! I think i'm going to call the doc tomorrow to schedule the D&C...i just can't believe this is happening again.

I'm soo sorry.
I had two losses in the same time span, hang in there.
Have the doctor test with the D&C. Hopefully they can get you some answers.
