Hot Bod for Summer!!! Official Weight Loss Thread!!! - Come Join :-)
Okay, who's ready for a fresh start? That is the friggin story of my life!
I'm not doing ww anymore. I am thinking that ww although a great method is a diet just like any other diet. If you go off of it (like I did) you gain weight. SO, I'm going to just try to eat "healthy" and watch my "portions" and workout at least 4 days a week.
ETS: I'm also allowing myself one "cheat" meal a week, where I can eat just about anything I want!
What's everyone else up to?

Breakfast 4 egg whites Green Tea
Late morning 1 apple
Lunch Edit: 5 oz grilled steak Grilled asparagus
Late afternoon 1 pear
Dinner Ground chicken burgers 1 whole wheat bun 1 baked potato
Snack Mini Bag kettle corn popcorn

I am with you! I never did any of the "diets" that are out there. If you watch your carbs & sugar intake, you can loose weight! I did it for my wedding. That is where i started today.
Breakfast 1 Cup Cheerios 1/4 cup of 1% milk
Late morning snack Almonds (20)
Lunch Garden Salad with Italian dressing Orange
Late PM snack Carrots with some Peanut Butter
Dinner Grilled Chicken Fresh Asparagus

I am going to start writing down my meals too! I hope I can stick with it. I will change this if I eat something different throughout the day...
Monday, April 9th 7:15 AM- 5 Almonds black coffee
9:00 AM- 25 grams whey protein in water 1 egg white 1/ cup low fat granola in skim milk Black coffee
11:30 AM- Natty Peanut butter and 1 small apple
1:00 PM- 1 grilled chicke breast 3 servings of string beans
4:00 PM- nothing- :(
7:30 PM- 1/2 Lean Body protein shake
9:30 PM- 5 Steamed Veggie Dumlings 1 Grilled Chicken Breast small salad with low fat dressing
10:30 CAVEL CAKE!!! UGG!!! bad day!!

Im in...I need to loose 5-10lbs before training begins!
Breakfast 2 pieces of turkey bacon and 100% whole wheat toast
Snack tbls of natural peanut butter
Lunch turkey, spinach and cherry tomatos in a wrap...bad wrap!! (i was at a conference today) and a fruit cup
snack granola bar and then a 100 calorie pack cause everyone was eating cookies and i needed something sweet.
dinner 2 baked chicken tenders (i made) in a salad with corn, peas, mozz. cheese, cucumbers and red onion...newmans low fat asian dressing...teaspoon snack skinny cow icecream cone
WOW...i am eating way too much...and have too many execuses...writing it down really showed me that.

Good idea, Azad. I will attempt to be consistent with posting here. My goal is to get more protein and veggies in my diet.
12:30 pm: [Skipped breakfast (I know, I know )]: 3 oz. grilled chicken 1/2 cup brown rice 1/2 cup peas
5:45pm: 6 oz. ground turkey 1 small sweet potato 2 tbsp. ketchup
7:30 pm: 1 cup rice pasta 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese 1/2 cup rice milk w/ 4oz. chai mix
8pm: 2 gluten/dairy/soy free ginger cookies
Geeze, I need to eat more produce.

I want to join...I need to lose 15lbs PRONTO....I gained like 5lbs over last 2 weeks Here Goes:
Tuesday 4/10 6:30am Whey Protein Shake, (8oz of 1% milk, Ice+ 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein) 1 cup of green tea
9:05am 4 Egg whites on whole wheat wrap with grill turkey & swiss 1 red bull
1:00pm Salad (red on, feta & gr. chick w/ oil & vinegar dressing 3/4 cup fruit salad
4:00pm Pure Protein Bar
8:00pm Lean Body Protein Shake 2oz Piece of Steak

brunch: coffee, splenda, h&h 1 piece Armenian easter bread & 1 Armo cracker 2 hard-boiled eggs
dinner: spaghetti w/ meatsauce
dessert: 1 scoop ice cream
eta: I also FINALLY did some exercise last night, not a lot....40 crunches and 25 leg lifts, but it's a start!!!

8:15 AM- 1/2 Lean Body protein shake
11:30 AM- 1 can of tuna with mayo 1/2 cucumber 10 baby carrots
3:00 PM- 3 whites and one whole egg with a little light mayo in a cup- yum! apple
3:30- tall double non fat latte small piece of dark chocolate :( 7:30 PM- 25 grams whey protein hand full of granola sugar-free red bull
10:00 PM- 2 servings 1% cottage cheese w/ natty peanut butter 1 cup of broccoli airborn nightime

so far today
scrambled egg/egg whites with ham toast with Nutella coffee with 2% milk, one sugar
lunch: (after a 30 minute run at the gy, some strength training) probably a salad (grilled chicken, cheddar, avocado, tomatoes, egg whites...balsamic vinegAR)
dinner: probably pasta with homemade bolognese sauce salad
dessert: ice cream or a slice of entenmanns

I'd like in. I gained too much weight after my wedding.
Anyway I just received my "nutrisystem" so every, well most food items, will be part of that system. 4/10
Breakfast: Cranberry-Orange Pastry. Diet Coke
Lunch: A Chicken Dish 100 Calorie Ritz Snack Mix
Dinner: Chicken Breast with rice and beans
Snacks: Wow chips Pretzels

That's the best plan I've heard yet!!
My goal is to get into really good running shape again. Although, that has been my goal for like the last 3 years and it hasn't happened yet! I can always come up with a good excuse not to run!! BUT I've been running about 2x a week for the last 4 weeks, so it's a start. I just got back from about 3 miles and did some free weights. I just have to keep at it! As for eating, I'm like you...just trying to eat healthy and watch portions. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
