is leave replacement pay the same as sub pay ? (elementary).

I think it depends on the district. I was a leave replacement for an entire year so I had the same benefits as a regular teacher. I know someone in another district that didn't get any benefits.

Again it depends on the district. I was paid what a normal first teacher would make. Some districts pay a sub salary.

Every district is different. My district pays sub pay for leave replacements, another nearby district pays sub pay +$25 if you're in the same position beyond 30 days.

Depends on the district. A friend of mine was a leave, and got a slary and benefits. When I did one (in a different LI district) I made sub wages, no benefits.

When i was a leave for a full year, i had full salary and benefits so the district started me off at $53,000 (masters step 1)
