Spin-off: Bully at work thread

Got me thinking..........I have always felt that my field, social work, tends to attract people with unresolved issues who make the work environment extremely unpleasant. However, I am sure that's probably not the case, and other fields have their share of f**ked up people working in them. What do you think? What field do you work in and do you think it's just like this everywhere?
