Temp question

I just noticed that my temps have been practically the same for the past five days. I'm 7 dpo and this is my second charting month. Last month my temps were a LOT higher.

Any insight?? Not sure if it's even something to bring up, but just thought I'd put it out there.

Can you post your chart ? Usually when the temps are the same, that means hormones are stable.

I would just make sure that your thermometer's battery wasn't low...by taking your temp during the day and seeing that the temp does vary.

But stable temps are normal, nothing to concern yourself with.

my temps do that every once in a while too!! I once had the same temp for 6 days! like red said, try to take your temp at a different time of the day to make sure your battery isn't going. otherwise, it's totally normal!!
