they are totally taking advantage and you are letting them
set some rules or fire them

i have the same problem at my office. 2 particular people call out sick constantly and have gone way past the # of sick days allotted to us. not only do they constantly call out sick, but they're continuously late too! it makes me nuts cause im like "dont you need the money???? or am i the only one that needs to work to earn money?!". management has talked to them about it before but it continues to happen. its extremely frustrating!
