need a new car, any suggestions?
Well with finding out we are going to have 3 little ones in carseats, DH and I need to look for a new car. Any suggestions?
I am really don't want to go the mini van route. Thanks!!

My DH just bought a Ford Edge and it fits 3 seats and it has nice options.

I know how you feel, the idea of a mini van stunk....we ended up going that route in the end b/c there just wasnt enough room in anything else. I have 3 in car seats and two strollers....one is a double stroller. I couldnt fit that and anything else in anything else. Even some mini vans were too small. In the end I grew to like the van a lot actually for the ease of it. I can press a button to open the door from the keys etc and that helps a lot ..
Good luck on your search.
I googled three car seats in car or something to that effect and got some good results.

i recently got the toyota highlander. its working out well. the optional third row is great- execpt that then leaves nom trunk space-- otherwise love it!

We have a Lincoln MKX now, but are looking into getting a Tahoe or Yukon in the spring! The third row is definitely a big help, but you need more trunk space. Check out the suburbans!!!

save yourself the aggravation, bite the bullet and get the minivan.
We have a buick enclave, which is fine if you have 3 singletons, but if you have twins and a single, you need a mini. We had a rental once, after a week I was totally sold on getting one.

I was so anti minivan. I loved my Acura MDX. Cried over letting it go but now, I'm so happy we did. The room is so incredible and it's just so much easier with 3. We thought about getting a big SUV but the thought of having to lift up the infant seats into the car or climbing up to fasten in my 3 year old made us change or minds.
