I had mine at 35 weeks 1 day. I wanted to keep them in longer but my ob didn't want me to go into labor on my own b/c one of the babies was breech. When I went for my steroid shots at 32 weeks I was having contractions and didn't know. The doc didn't think I would make it another 2 weeks. At 34 weeks, I was 2cm dilated and 75% effaced. At 35 weeks, I was 90% effaced and he wanted me to go to the hospital b/c of my contractions but I was holding out b/c i didn't want to have them on Friday the 13th. My blood pressure ended up going up so i had to go back the morning of the 13th and he sent me to the hospital. My boys were 5lbs. 12oz and 4lbs 13oz.

My peri. kept telling me I was going to make it to 38 weeks. He told me that at my 34 wk. appt. He was wrong!!

34 weeks 5 days.

Everyone said I'd make it till 37-38...but the girls wanted out. I was having frequent contractions so I had a c-section. My girls were 5lbs 3 ozs and 4 lbs 11 ozs and spent about 9 days in NICU but were very healthy overall.

I had identicals who shared the same placenta. My Dr was going to take them at 38 weeks no matter what with a planned C. I had them at 36 weeks exactly due to issues starting with TTTS. They were 6lbs and 5lbs 1 oz and needed no NICU time.
