Broke down last night

Last night really hit me hard, I finally broke down in tears. I was watching the episode of the office when Pam and Jim had their baby. I started to cry and my sister asked if I was alright and all I could do was shake my head no. I have been having my good days and bad and last night was the first time I really cried.

She asked me if I wanted to continue watching the show and I did. I guess I really needed a good cry and to get it out of my system.

Yesterday afternoon my dad and step-mom came to visit DH and I so they can see Autumn and my step-mom even asked if I had names picked outChat Icon Ding back did you forget I lost the baby. Why would you ask me $hit like that. I always asked how her daughter who is preggo with baby #3 is and she has not asked me ONCE how I am doingChat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon ***.

Sorry I needed to vent.

Chat Icon Chat Icon sometimes when i need to let out a good cry i go in the shower... and I imagine my tears being all my problems...and I envision those problems rolling down my cheeks and going down the drain. I think Visualization is such a strong therapeutic tool

hi,
first i want to let you know that i feel your pain and i am sorry that you have to go through this. i have had two miscarriages. the first time i was pregnant with twins and miscarried them at 11 weeks. my mother in law sounds like your stepmom. shw told me this was my fault because i go out with my hair wet and wear high heels. try not to listen to these people. i then had a boy who is 3 now . then had my second miscarriage at 7 weeks. my daughter who is 1 was born after. the only way that i began to heal was to do volunteer work pertaining to pregnancy loss. i made 100 memory boxes and brough them to local hospitals for couples experienceing a pregnancy loss. i am also working on a miscarriage hotline. don't listen to your stepmom. i will say a prayer for you.
