is there a stomach bug going around?

DISCLAIMER: No, I am not pregnant. Yes, I am ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE.

Is there some type of weird stomach bug going around? Not to be TMI, but absolutely EVERYTHING I eat these days is making me very sick to my stomach and gassy. I've never had problems like this before and nothing in my diet has changed. It also doesn't matter what I eat. I thought it was gluten or dairy (not sure why), but I'm getting sick to my stomach even after eating just a plain salad...

Please tell me this will go away SOON!

I know in my school about a month and a half ago we had a really bad stomach virus going around...kids were really sick but parents opted to send them in anyway...but I got it and was sick for 3 or 4 days with it. Could it be a sinus infection? I have a really bad sinus infection and the drip is making me to my stomach! Anyway, hope you feel better soon!

I don't think it's a sinus infection - head feels fine. It only happens right after I eat. And my stomach is making the most obnoxious noises. Then an hour or two after eating, I am fine.

I've never gotten a stomach ache from SALAD before. It's just so odd. I otherwise feel fine and am functioning.
