Sometimes I'll see a dog wandering around the neighborhood. I always want to stop and see if I can find a tag. But I worry that I'm going to get bitten, etc.

Saw a roaming dog on Saturday - and today there are lost dog signs everywhere in the neighborhood, probably the dog I saw. Can't be 100% sure that it's the same dog but it doesnt matter. I feel so bad for not stopping. I'm sitting here crying my eyes out...
