DS has the Britax Regent as well ( will be 5 in October), in the 5 point harness....
I plan on keeping him in there as long as I possibly can- so far he hasn't complained

I have to say when my oldest DD was 6 and that law didn't pass yet, I still had her in a booster b/c the seatbelt went around her neck w/o it. Well we got into an accident and while we were in the hospital the doc said that it would have been a bad outcome if we didn't have her in it , b/c she ended up with a HUGE bruise across her chest ( it was bad) . Ever since then , I will keep my kids in the booster seats until they are tall enough.
