So, for the 2nd year in a row...
Our pay is frozen. No step-ups.
I'm making the same salary I was at the beginning of the '08-'09 school year 
Is this happening on LI/in the city too, or is it just because WE have no unions to protect us from this kind of crap???

Our union actually voted to open our contract and change our salary increases to try to save some jobs for next year. Hoping it works, but sad to lose my increase.
