Tooth in sinus cavity
Everything is coming into focus now about some sinus problems I have had for over a decade now. After sinus MRI and dental xrays, I have a tooth in my sinus cavity.
Anybody deal with this? If they take it out, won't I have a hole from my nose to my mouth? 
Obviously my ENT and dentist are figuring that out, but wanted to know if anybody had any insight.

Serious note-no expreience but huge  and hope they figure out a way to get it out quick and painless without any lasting side effects/complications.
