Child Support Question
A couple of weeks ago my DH's boss cut his days down to 3 days a week because they hardly have any work. How does this work with child support? Can he get it modified now that he is making almost $250 less a week? What does he have to do? We also have a  on the way so this couldnt come at a worse time TIA!

You can contact the court and apply for a modification...not sure if it will go through, but it's worth a shot. In my husband's jurisdiction, he can't have a modification done within 3 years of an order or modificiation
