got my genetic testing results back
3 weeks to the day that I found out I miscarried my little one. Seems that she was a girl and the reason for the miscarriage was due to something called turner syndrome. Basically, my dr explained she was missing the other sex chromosone and if she had continued growing past 8.5 weeks the likely hood of me making full term would not have happened. One the one hand I am happy to know that there isn't anything genetically wrong with us, but I am sad I never got to meet her. I know it's selfish but I'm just sad to know I would have had a little girl and I'll never get to hold her. Onward and upward though, right...

We did genetic testing on our little guy too and it confirmed the complications he had were not genetic/chromosomal

ugh!so sorry for your loss.
I miscarried in JUly aftr we foundout the baby's heartbeat had stpped and was given misoprostal to miscarry. I don't know what the baby was.
You are so strong. Stay that way and don't give up!

I had genetic testing done also from my mc in August and we had 47 chromosomes instead of 46. I was glad that it was nothing I could have done or genetic issues for me.
I think it helps to know.
Glad to hear you are moving forward.

I had testing done on the child we loss before Jeremy. It had been a trisomy 16. Please know it is possible to have a healthy pregnancy and child after something like this happens. I'm living proof.

So sorry to hear this.
I also did the genetic testing. We had tirsomy 21 which is compatable with life... so that's not actually what caused the MC, but just a factor. ugh. such a painful process.

I'm sorry for your loss. My m/c was caused by a chromosome problem too. It was 69 xxy which meant it had an entire extra half set of chromosomes which is incompatible with life.

Im so sorry for you. I completely understand. I too was having a little girl & at 14weeks the baby had no heartbeat. The genetic testing came back fine. So we really had no answer for this what so ever. They say sometimes this just happens & they just dont know why. Its hard but you have to say a prayer & look forward. Soon you will have a very ahppy & healthy child. Good luck
