af after miscarriage
How long until you got your first period after a miscarriage? I had a d&c 3 weeks ago, I bled for 2 weeks and haven't in a week. Today, I am spotting and kind of feeling like I am getting AF..does it happen this quick? I thought it would take like 6 weeks before I was back on a schedule..?

I got AF 23 or 24 days after the D&C. Similar to you, I bled/spotted for 2ish weeks, had a few days of nothing then starting spotting and AF showed up. My cycles were normal after that.

I don't ovulate/get AF on my own and use an RE to get pregnant. I was told to wait 8wks and just finished provera which brought on my period.

I was told 4 to 6 weeks and was also put on provera and got it Friday. So hopefully I can move on. Good luck and I hope you are back to normal cycle soon.
