I currently work 2 jobs. One is subbing and the other is in retail. Recently there has been a lot of turmoil at my retail job. One of the department heads in particular has been throwing people under the bus regularly. She hasn't yet done it to me but I'm sure she will if she can. Another department head is completely incompetent, and another cries all the time because she is overwhelmed. Since I have an extensive background in retail I am constantly doing there jobs. I am just getting really tired of it all. Would you go to management and voice your concerns or just keep feeling like you are being taking advantage of? TIA
