Your first week, you lose a bit of water weight. 1 -2 lb loss per week is perfect.

It does seem to be coming off slowly this time around for me too. Down 4.6 after 4 weeks. I know that's good, and I am happy that I'm losing, I just thought I'd be down more by now.

im down 32lbs but its been over a year so i guess it could work that way too

I was wondering why you said slow!! I was going to yell at you since you said you lost 3lbs  Instead I'll say: GREAT JOB!!!
I've been up and down. I gained some weight due to TTC (and my doctor is happy so I'm trying to be happy about it). I changd my official goal with WW to reflect that weight gain.
It's been tough for me to be okay with gaining weight (since it took me so long to lose it in the first place!). Right now I'm okay with where I am and I'm still below my (new) goal.

wait you can change your goal? i feel like im never going to be able to get to my old goal. i know i know never say never...but i still have about 30 more to loose to get my free eat back.
