Congratulations to everyone who just joined!! I am a lifetime member..my goal is to start going to more meetings. I will hopefully get to my meeting tomorow mornining (8:30 in Wantagh Center).

Out of curiousity, what meetings do you ladies attend?
For awhile I was going to Sat. mornings in Wantagh. Now I'm back to Sun. mornings with Maria (Wantagh).

After you hit your goal weight you need to maintain it for 6 weeks (you have a 2lb cushion). Then you get to go for free!! You just weigh in once a month. You don't get the etools (I think you can pay to get them..I think its $9.99/month but I don't do that). You just have to be no more than 2lbs over your goal.

i was 130 lbs before kids in 206 and i now i am 140 so i am unsure what is realistic of what i should be now

DH and I are starting on Monday. Definitely need to lose weight before TTC for baby #2. We are going to do online. We did WW before we got married and did great. Hoping it works again.

Went to an early meeting today. Down .6! I think it would've been more but I had alot of foods high in sodium yesterday.
Meeting was pretty boring because they were going ovr the plan for all the newbies
