Back on track....
I lost about 10 pounds last fall and was feeling really good...but then we had our kitchen renovated and I couldn't use it and I lost my motivation....and then Thanksgiving happened...and then Christmas....and poof, suddenly I'd gained back 7 of the pounds!
So I decided to really start trying again....and in the last 2 weeks, I've lost 5 pounds! I'm following the South Beach diet plan, and going to the gym at least 3 times a week, and I have my motivation back!
My goal is lose more so I can look good for my brother's wedding in May!

That's great! I gained about 6 pounds between Thanksgiving and New Years, plus we went to an all inclusive in that time too, so that didn't help lol. It's so easy to put it on, but man its taking forever to lost it!
