recommend running sneakers please
hi ladies!
i'm in desperate need of new running sneakers. i've had my pair of nikes for about a year and they're in decent shape but they're not comfy anymore.
any suggestions?

Your best bet is really to go to a running store and have them watch you walk (or run) and they will bring out different pairs that they recommend.

Runner's Edge in Farmingdale is AWESOME. I also hear Super Runners Shop in Huntington an Sayville Running Company is good. I LOVE Runner's Edge!!

It is very important to get fitted for proper shoes.
Each brand has different styles - neutral, stability, etc - you could injure yourself if you don't wear the right shoes.
I wear Mizunos, but its important to get fitted and see what works best for you!
