Is P90X the same as the old P90?
I have the P90 from several years ago. Is P90X essentially the same?

No, not at all. I think P90X is a 10 DVD series. The P90 that I know from years ago is just a couple of levels of the same workout (if I am thinking correctly).
P90X is intense and I remember years ago thinking that P90 was intense---in this case, it would be the warm-up.

Yes the P90 was pretty intense already. It's the same guy on both programs though.

I have done the cardio and plyometrics DVD's on P90X. I love the plyometrics workout. If you know anyone who owns it, check it out.
