I need a plan for the gym
I seem to just walk around trying to figure out what to do next. Until I get an appointment with my personal trainer, what does everyone else do. Right now I start with the Elliptical and then do some arm, leg and ab work with weights.

i do 20-30 mins cardio on treadmill or take an hour cardio class like spin or kickboxing. Then if I hit weights, i focus on a specific set of muscles...like all arms, or all legs, abs, etc. I do 3 sets of exercises, then repeat the sequence 3x. so if i do arms.. i'd do 8 bicep curls, 10 tricep kickbacks and then 10 overhead presses. then i'd repeat that 3x. i don't rest so i up my calorie burn. Then i'll do another set of 3 workouts and do those 3x.
or you can just pick a sculpting, toning or pilates class and just hit the treadmill or elliptical for like 30 mins before hand so you get in cardio and full body sculpt session.
