I don't know how to feel
I am supposed to be 8 weeks and 4 days today and I know that there is barely a chance the sonogram will change tomorrow. I almost wish we got it over with. My dh thinks I sound awful but having to wait to hear bad news is terrible. I'm going to have to go through this sonogram tomorrow to hear the same thing. I mean the dr knew there was a slim chance when he told us to come back, but I guess he has to. I guess I'm just dreading 9 am tomorrow when he once again tells me the bad news. Thank you girls for letting me vent.
Thank you girls for the support. The appointment wasn't as bad as i thought because i was mentally prepared. D&C tomorrow.

I am so sorry. We saw a heartbeat at 7 weeks and everything looked great. I went for a 10 wk ultrasound and there was no heartbeat. I was in there for a really long time. She did an external and internal ultrasound. Baby was there, but heartbeat had stopped.
My OB asked if I wanted a repeat ultrasound. When he said that I asked why? Is there a chance it was wrong, etc? He said no, but sometimes women don't feel closure until they see it again because it seems so unreal.
In the end I opted not to have another ultrasound because I couldn't stand the thought of laying there and going through it all again. So I know exactly how you feel. I hope the appt. goes quick for you.

I know the feeling, waiting it the hardest part. That's how I felt in between all the blood tests, were we or weren't we. I don't think the stress helped anything, so just relax, think as positively as you can given the situation and breathe.
