I had it pretty bad! Stay off your feet as much as possible and elevate your legs. I would call your dr and let them know. It could be a sign of hypertension or preeclampsia and they may just want to watch you a little bit.

Yes, that happened to me. To the point where my skin started to crack... once it was that bad, it was preeclampsia. I would call the dr in the morning.

Re: HOLY SWOLLEN!!!
Yup that happened to me! I was in the hospital at the time and woke up one day and looked like a balloon! I had to get sonos of my legs to make sure it wasn't a blood clot because it was horrible! Turned out to be just fluid and unfortunately it stayed until after I delivered. My bedrest restrictions were lightened to allow a 15 min walk twice a day which helped a lot!

Re: HOLY SWOLLEN!!!
I answered on pregnancy, but I'll answer here also.
I had that when I was pregnant with DS. Started around 27 weeks. By 33 weeks I had pregnancy induced hypertension and was on bedrest. They were concerned I was going to develop pre-eclempsia.
I wound up with a couple of hospital stints but went full term. Went into labor on my own and delivered DS at 38w6d, perfectly healthy.
Anyway, while swelling is typically very normal it is certainly not something to ignore. I would definitely start staying away from salty foods, increase water intake, lay on left side with feet elevated above heart, and let your OB know.
