I'd wait. I actually did Atkins for two weeks up to my cruise so that I would lose a quick 5-7 pounds so that I could indulge on the cruise

with the new plan I dont think it matters with 29 daily points and 49 flex points for the week I bet you do well!

I'd join...even if you can't be on program all week at least you can be conscious about your choices and be more motivated to take advantage of all the opportunities to be active! They say the average person can gain 8 lbs on a week long cruise...I looove cruising but I'd like to look good in the clothes I bought for my vacation by the end of the week  Good luck with whatever you choose and enjoy your trip!

Sure, I'd want to look my best on vacation. The food shouldn't be a problem if you eat in moderation and I always loved the convenience of being able to workout when and however many times a day I wanted to.

I decided to wait and join when I get back. I'm still hormonal and crazy and either going on eating binges, or not eating for hours at a time. I'm hoping I'll be back to normal when I get back.
