Week 1 of Weight Watchers
And I lost 3.2 pounds. I am pretty excited although I don't think it's THAT accurate being that I went to get weighed in at 3pm last week - and got weighed this morning at 8am. From now on I'll be going in the mornings.
Either way, I'm thrilled

Congrats.....and dont ever say its not accurate. you lost that weight no matter if you weighed in in the am or pm.....that that loss and keep going and celebrate the loss
