adventureland party - what age

i have not been to adventureland since i was a teenager....

what age is a good age for a party there?

DS would be 5, should i wait until he is older or his he getting too old for some of the rides?

I think 5 would be perfect. We went last summer for DD's 3rd birthday & she is tall for her age & could go on many of the rides, but loved it! There's the $20 POP option & it's small so its not very overwhelming.

I actually think the younger, the better b/c they stay in the front area where all the little kid rides are. We went to a party last summer for a 6-year-old and some of the kids were taller and could go on the bigger rides but some were not.

Once they get older, and taller, it will be hard to keep them in the same area and it won't feel much like a party.

I went to a number of birthday parties there for a 4th and 5th birthday and it was great. the kids all went on every ride (in that kiddy section) over and over.

I've taken my kids and they were younger than that and it wasn't a problem.

the kids get to go on a lot of ride. the one hour gives them enough time?

We did DD's 6th, and they loved it. We paid $30 for a coordinator. She helped lead the kids from one ride to the next.
