Ugghh...2 weeks and I did not lose...
1 pound. I can see myself getting toner but it is very depressing that I haven't lost weight. I guess because when I did ww 10 years ago, I lost 30 lbs. in 6 months with NO exercise at all. Now I am going to the gym 4-5 days a week and eating healthy.

I know its very frustrating. I've been there many times. Try to look it in a positive light: you're eating healthier, excercising and toning up. The weight loss is sure to follow!

Yeah. I have lost 4 1/2 lbs so far (in 6 weeks) but it is frustrating when you know you are being good-lol!! My husband thinks I am just gaining muscle and toning up because I do look thinner. Uggh...-lol!!
I am going to have whatever I want for dinner tonight and maybe a glass of wine because I need a break from being so good and need to enjoy myself-lol!!

Don't forget, age matters too. The older we get, the harder it is! How are your clothes fitting?
