Thank you Iam sure its just water weight but it still feels good to see the scale going down. lol. The first week was really hard for me I did feel tired and did have some headaches from sugar withdrawl but it gets better after the 4th day. Here is a website for different food ideas someone had posted before. Low carb recipes
