Re: pork chops
We had bone in ones last night for dinner. DH coated them in Saucy Suzy and put them in the broiler. You could also grill pan them...but they came out juicy and delish!

Re: pork chops
I had really thin ones, marindated in terriaki for a short time, then basically used the sauce as egg wash and breaded/fried.

Re: pork chops
i made this last night- it was outstanding
Spicy Pork Chops on Creamy Polenta
Method
SOFT POLENTA 2 cups milk 3 whole cloves garlic 3 sprigs of cilantro 1 cup corn meal 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan Salt and pepper
1. Into a heavy saucepan, pour milk then add garlic cloves and cilantro. Bring to a boil. Let simmer on medium heat for 2 minutes to infuse flavors, then remove cilantro and garlic. 2. Whisk in corn meal and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often with a wooden spoon until the grains are soft. Fold in Asiago cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm and cover.
PORK CHOPS 2 pork chops – thick cut approx. 2 inches 1 can of Chipotle con Adobo 2 cups chicken stock (500 ml) 2 large red peppers 2 large jalapeño peppers 2 tbsp canola oil (30 ml) 2 tbsp butter (30 ml) Salt & pepper
Pre-heat oven to 425 °F Roast red peppers and jalapenos over high heat on a gas range until charred on all sides. Let cool then peel off outer skin. Set aside. Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Brush Adobo sauce all over pork chops. In a dutch oven on high heat, heat canola oil and sear pork chops for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Move the pan into the oven and cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, transfer pork chops to a warm plate, cover and let it sit for 5 minutes so the juices redistribute. Place the empty pan with the drippings back onto the stove on high heat. Pour in chicken stock and let it reduce for about 2 minutes. Add butter and stir. Cut red bell peppers and jalapeño peppers into four thick, long slices each and add them to chicken stock. Cook at a high heat for another 5 minutes until the sauce is thickened and reduced by half.

Re: pork chops
My coworker said she bought pork chops wrapped in bacon and they were heavenly. I'm going to try to make them.

Paula Deen's Chocolate Spiced Pork Chops!
I've made these before & they came out great! I can't add the link for some reason but do a search for the recipe name.

Re: pork chops
Stuffed pork chops...coat them with day days duck sauce then stuff with stove top pok stuffing and top with lil more duck sauce to caramelize while it cooks....
For thinner pork chops i usually place in pan or cro k pot and top with sauerkraut and the juice to keep moist.

Re: pork chops
I like to marinate them in terryaki, garlic powder, black pepper and cumin and grill.
tonight I am doing them in the frying pan and not using the terriyaki, but all the other ingredients for a nice rub on them!
