How do you calculate activity points for Insanity?
For Zumba I put it in as high intensity jazzersize lol.
I have no clue how to calculate these videos.

What type of workout is it? Intense aerobics? I know it include strength training too, but I believe your heart rate is kept up, right?

It's definitely higher intensity than zumba so I would count it as the highest it can be!
