I use prepared Stovetop Stuffing and doctor it up by adding cooked crumbled sausage, sauteed chopped celery and onion with a little bit of cajun seasoning as the stuffing. Cut a slit into thick center cut pork chops to make a pocket and stuff. I rub the chops with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Broil until done and stuffing is crispy on the outside.

Lil late on posting this but u can keep it in mind for next time to try.....i make my stuffed pork chops ...
Slice then open and dip them in day days duck sauce then stuff them with stove top pork stuffing coat with a lil more sauce and back sounds really simple but the duck sauce with the pork tastes so good and it caramelizes the stuffing a lil on the outside .
