PMDD?
Does anyone here suffer from PMDD? if you do, can you offer some insight as to what clues you in on having it, the symptoms, treatments etc?
I think I may have it and I want to know how others began treatment.

I was never traditionally diagnosed but I used to get very depressed around the time AF came. I was prescribed Yaz and it made a world of a difference.

I have had it for years and never was officially diagnosed until I got pregnant with my son in 2009. I had/have horrific mood swings that are almost uncontrollable. Not your normal PMS. I had severe back pain too.Also my depression got so bad during that time of the month. I have been on b/c since May 2010 and I am basically a new person. Just the occasional bad mood swing...
