one of my feral's has to go to the vet today ETA cast possible question
on Sunday I noticed he was limping a little. Last night I noticed he is only putting pressure on it when he is walking(limping) I called the vet and have an appointment at 11:30. I hope it is just a sprain. I was able to touch it and hold him with out him squirming or complaining of pain. So if he does end up coming home with a cast of some sort has anyone delt with one? This is one thing I have never had with an animal. Thanks!

Sorry I forgot to update , It is more then likely a sprain. He did not see a puncture wound or feel any damage. So he gave him a antibiotic shot and a anti inflammatory shot to cover all bases. He was barley limping on it when I got there, isn't that how it always is. Being that he is semi feral they wanted to give him the shots instead of pills as to keep him on track for staying a house pet. He was so GOOD in the vets office and the staff feel in love with him. He even curled his lip for them
