P90x or Insanity???

A friend of ours gave us copies of P90x, but I was also interested in Insanity? Which do you think is better? Are they basically the same?

If anyone is interested in P90X I can send you copies of the workouts?

Can anyone make copies of Insanity for me? I can probably send you the DVD's or pay you for them?

P90X I believe is more about muscle strengthening and conditioning. I'm under the impression that Insanity is more cardio based with muscle building w/o weights. I could be wrong tho. I never did Insanity.

It depends on what your goal is. Do you want to loose weight? Do Insanity.
If you want to tone, I would do P90X.

I'm a P90X graduate (thats what Tony calls us-lol) and I lost weight and got stronger.

If you are out of shape, I would suggest starting out with P90X, its less intense from what I heard.

I did Insanity. I chose it over p90x honestly bc you need no equipment.

After knowing this, I would most definitely prefer using Insanity. I need more cardio since I already go to the gym for weight training. And I don't have the equipment at home. Of course I have to have the other!

Would anyone be willing to make me copies and send them to me if I send you DVD's?
