meatloaf recipe
Anyone one have a simple recipe. I have 1 1/2 lb of meat.....I love the post with the doritos so i may use some in it....

i usually use the lipton onion soup mix, some ketchup and an egg or two...also coat the oustide of the meatloaf with ketchup too!

I do the same when I want a quick recipe. Its so easy and doesn't take a lot of prep work.

Me too. Sometimes instead of ketchup I'll put a little bbq sauce on the top halfway through cooking.
