Do those of you who do hot yoga notice you have gotten colds more frequently?

I feel like this winter in particular has been quite bad.....I feel like I get a pretty bad cold at least once a month.

I also work in health care and have a 2-year-old so I am sure the other two could be related. But for the most part, I go to hot yoga at least 3x a week.

I hope this isn't the cause but I've always been so healthy and have just started getting colds this past year, when I really got into the hot yoga.
