Re: WW new pts plus question....advice etc
I started the new Points Plus program back in December the first week they introduced it. The first week i lost 5.4 lbs (in one week!). I'm maintaining so I haven't lost much after, but I def. love this program more than the old plan.
It's easy to follow and promotes healthier eating. Fresh fruits and veggies are 0 points! I've been very successful with the new plan. I love it!

Re: WW new pts plus question....advice etc
My advice:
Go to a meeting, get the materials, stay for the getting started session. LISTEN to the leader and learn the program.
EVERYONE became a newbie again in December - regardless if you've never walked into a center or if you've been a lifetime member for 20 years.

Re: WW new pts plus question....advice etc
I did the old plan years ago. I just started again in February and having success. I've been on it for 8 weeks and haven't had one gain. What I'm finding with the new plan is that I'm eating more savory foods for my meals. Because I'm not losing points eating fruit as snacks, I eat more of them than I did before and I don't eat processed snacks like 100-calorie packs. I eat almonds, cottage cheese, veggies, fruit, etc. as snacks. So yes, I'm having success on the plan.
