my husband was able to do this online last year. i think he may have had to call too. but he never had to go to the office.

If it has been less than a year since your original filing date, then you just keep certifying as usual on Sundays. Once your benefits year end date comes, you need to file a new claim, which you can do online. You then might be instructed to call to complete the new claim, but it was painless.
