Allergy Help!

I am sooo conjested...what over the counter medicine works for you?

My meds are now available OTC - allegra. If you are stuffed up, use a neti pot to wash out the nastiness and pollens in your sinuses.

Tylenol Sinus and Allergy- the one in the yellow box. I love it because unlike many OTC allergy meds it DOESNT make me drowsey at all!

Zyrtec is the only OTC med that works...and swear by the Sinus Rinse. I think it is better than the neti pot.

also, go to the drug store and get shower soothers

works amazing!


My DH has horrid allergies and he throws one of these in the shower in the am & it completely cleans sinuses out.

definitely get a neti pot... it looks like a little a teapot/ or the thing a genie would come out of. you fill it will warm water and salt (it comes with a packet to use, I just use kosher salt). You pour it up one nostril and it comes out of the other, then do the other on. It loosens everything and gets the dust/pollen etc, out. Hard to get used to, but once you do you won't want to live without it! Every drug store carries them!
